TC39 advanced 2 new proposals to stage 1

TC39 discussed 9 proposals for stage advancement and had updates presentation on 9 proposals

• String.prototype.replaceAll

• Intl.DateTimeFormat's dateStyle/timeStyle
• Intl.DateTimeFormat.prototype.formatRange
• Promise.allSettled
• Decorator-based extended numeric literals status update, and numeric separators for Stage 3
  • Note: Numeric Separators advanced to Stage 3, while extended numeric literals did not seek for stage advancement at this meeting.

• String.prototype.matchAll

Following proposals did not reach consensus for stage advancement.

• Uniform parsing of quasi-standard Date.parse input for Stage 2
  • Date.parse follow-up
• Error stacks for Stage 2
• Dynamic import() for Stage 4 (in June?)

• Normative: Remove implementation-defined typeof behavior
• Normative: Make Async-from-Sync iterator object inaccessible to ECMAScript code
• Normative: Suppress GetMethod errors in IteratorClose
• Normative: Add export * as ns from "mod" to Export production and Module Semantic
• Normative: Require at least four digits in string representations of negative years

• Normative: CreateDynamicFunction early concatenates body
